Family Drum Circle

A drum circle style activity aimed at young people (4-10yrs) and parents. Participants sit on chairs in a circle, and everyone has a hand drum. There is a free style jam, then you'll learn simple rhythms that unite us as a group. The group sing some familiar songs whilst drumming, and learn some new ones too. There are some drumming rhythm games that require actions & dancing. It’s a lot of fun and inclusive; everyone gets a chance to shine.

All drums will be provided, but feel free to bring your own along too. Little drummers may have to share with their parents.

This workshop is lead by local professional drummer/ educator Paul Glover (https://www.godynamite.com/). Places are limited so please book for your free place. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. The workshop lasts approx 45 mins.
