FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
When and where?
We are a live music festival, with venues all over Wallingford from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd of February. Events are hosted across the Corn Exchange, St Mary's Church, the Masonic Hall and selected pubs and community spaces.
See our Venues page for more details.
Tickets & Entry
Do I need a ticket?
We have a range of gigs — some require a paid ticket, some are free but still ticketed for capacity reasons, and some are free entry. Please check the individual event listing for details.
Our What's On page lists all gigs — or head to Book Tickets to see all ticketed gigs.
How do I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will be emailed to you after booking. Please bring either a printed copy or have it available on your phone for scanning at the venue.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
If tickets are still available, yes — we will take payment on the door. Many venues have limited capacity, so we strongly recommend booking in advance.
Sold out gigs are full and unfortunately we won't be able to sell any further tickets.
Can I change my ticket?
As long as we have tickets still available you can change, just drop us a message at [email protected].
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed. Please check the booking platform's terms for details.
Venues & Seating
I have a ticket but there is no seat number?
Tickets for The Corn Exchange are set seating so you will see a seat number on your ticket.
For gigs at The Masonic Hall, Wally Scotts and St Mary's Church there is no allocated seating — come early to get a good spot!
Do I need to arrive early?
Yes, particularly for popular events. Seating at most venues is unreserved and all venues operate within strict capacity limits.
What time are the gigs?
All timings can be found on the What's On page, or check out the individual venues for their poster of 'What's On'.
Gigs are generally 2 hours long with 2 × 45 minute sets and a 30 minute break.
Families
Can I bring the kids?
We have family friendly workshops and events on the programme. Some events may be 18+ depending on venue licensing — please check the individual event listing.
Check out the What's On page for more information.
